Skyline Events is one of the UK’s leading event organisers for charity fundraising experiences, specialising in tandem skydives through our dedicated site Skyline Skydiving. We are passionate about delivering unforgettable experiences while helping hundreds of charities raise millions of pounds each year.

We are currently looking for a proactive and friendly Event Coordinator / Customer Service professional to join our fully remote team on a 4-month contract, supporting us through one of our busiest seasons.
We would ideally like someone to start as soon as possible.

The Role
This is a varied role that combines excellent customer service with strong organisational skills and a flair for social media. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our charity skydives run smoothly by acting as the liaison between our customers (skydivers), airfields, and charity partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service: Communicating with skydivers via phone and email, managing bookings, checking fundraising targets, and providing exceptional support throughout their journey.
  • Coordination: Liaising with airfields to confirm bookings and logistics, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Social Media: Creating and scheduling posts for our charity clients, sourcing content from charities, monitoring our social channels, and responding to enquiries.

About You
We’re looking for someone who loves working with people, is highly organised, and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. You’ll need to be comfortable working remotely, proactive in your approach, and confident using a variety of digital tools.

Essential:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Confident using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Professional and friendly phone manner

Desirable:

  • Experience working with charities or events
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
